Jambalaya Cook Off

When: Saturday, February 1, 2025 | 11 am – 2 pm

Where: The Venue | 13475 LA-431 K, St Amant, LA

All local cooks are invited to participate. Registration for each team is 80.00.  3 lbs. of Veron’s sausage will be provided and teams are expected to provide all other ingredients and equipment for a 5 lbs pork and sausage jambalaya and tent.  Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
