The Inn at Houmas House is a collection of quaint cottages nestled along an ancient oak alley and surrounded by lush gardens, allowing guests to get lost in the tranquility of the South. The Mighty Mississippi River is just steps away and a peaceful setting to watch the sun rise or set. The cottages depict historic structures that once graced Uncle Sam Plantation, which was located downriver from Houmas House. Each room is complete with a single king or queen size bed or double queen beds, luxurious bathrooms, and a porch to enjoy the view.
Comfortable and romantic, each room is decorated with old-world furnishings, unique artwork, and comfortable seating nooks. While enjoying the bygone era, the need for modern amenities is not overlooked. Each room includes a large flat-screen TV, Wifi, coffee and tea makers, and an iron to name a few. A breakfast buffet for two is included. Tickets to tour the Houmas Estate and The Great River Road Museum can be purchased upon arrival.
The Cajun Village Cottages

The Cajun Village Cottages include eight Acadian-style shotgun houses dating back to around 1900. They were found and saved from near the historic area of downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana known as Spanish Town, and moved to their serene surroundings in Sorrento, Louisiana.

The Raylin House

Built in the 1800s, the Raylin House is within walking distance from main street shopping, restaurants, entertainment, banks, and churches of all faiths. The Victorian-style home has four suites that are available for nightly and weekly rates.
